Our Rio Black is a replica of a highly sought after exotic Brazilian black slate with a deep rich black color and subtle vaining. The dark black colour of this product has made it one of the most popular natural stone products for landscape application today. The biggest challenge found with this natural stone is that it fades from exposure to UV. While you can seal the natural stone to bring back the original black colour, the challenge is the constant and ongoing maintenance.
Our Rio Black aims to solve this challenging problem. Similar to our other outdoor porcelain tiles, this product is non-porous which means it does not require sealing and will not fade.
